Visiting Thailand Flavor With Raw, Living Food: Pad Thai Mini Class Photos


Valerie, Angie, and Sam are getting ready to eat raw, living Pad Thai meals.

We had so much preparing our Pad Thai meals. We made:
1. pineapple-mango salsa
2. spicy Thia sauce
3. sweet potato soup
4. green collard Thai wrap
5. almond-raisin chocolate fudge: It is sooooo delicious!!!! thanks to Sam. She came up with the recipe.
After every mini-class, we all sit down and have a wonderful meal enjoying friendship and what we prepared with love!

Tatiana, Valerie, Angie are working towards their Raw Chef 2 Certification.
