Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Again, another year flew by us. I hope everyone can look back and say "I have done good". Everyone is busy getting ready for the holidays. Please be mindful of what you are making and eating. If you are a cook of the family and friends, you are affecting your loved ones health. Once, I indulged the love of the traditions of the holidays. Now, I believe that these holiday traditions are a "culture of death". For the sake of holiday, we consume so much fat, sugar ridden foods. I feel that creating new healthy "traditions" for your family and friends for the holidays would be an excellent idea to welcome a healthy body, mind, and spirit.
